The camera battery and its back-up were drained, and the days were packed, and then, then there were the kidney stones.
Because the camera batteries are still charging, and with them, the ability to upload photos from Eden Johanna's birthday, allow me to go out of order and share my gratitude throughout an out-of-the-ordinary day, but filled with blessings and providences, just like every other day.

#My mom and dad, home from a southern vacation just hours before, and their willingness to drop morning plans to come be with the kids while Derek spent the morning with me in the ER
#Again, proximity to the hospital
#Competent, caring, kind nurses and doctors
#Dilaudid
#The love love love poured over me in texts, calls, and word of prayers spoken in tears at the BSF meeting I was missing
#A timely and non-life-threatening diagnosis
#A few quiet hours of inactivity
#Enhanced awareness of ambulance sirens and the prompting to pray for those rushing to others in distress
#The opening of new day with no excruciating pain, and with it renewed energy to live fully in this place. THIS is the day that the LORD has made!
