I always worry upon approaching a newborn shoot how I will make these images different. I have the same black background and the same equipment. A baby, a mama, a daddy. How will this session be unique?

Really, I shouldn't worry about it. From birth, every little person has, and shows, their very own personality. As long as I'm tuned in to finding that personality, not relying on the same old tired posed shots, the photos will not be stale.
