Out at the Pines

It's been over a week since my last post, and with each day that passes I feel a growing need to put forth some great philosophical epiphany. The weekend hasn't had any shortage of such realizations, but I just want to post pictures. I took 241 photos between Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon.

Daddies with their babies

Sweet little Ellie El

This is one of my favorites.

The next generation of cornhole

Ellis in the sun

Naptime at the Pines

Wine glasses are non-essentials at Sandy Pines. The *wine* however...

Scooter doing what Scooter does best

I may be a bit obsessed with Judah's hands.

There's my boy

Playing with self portraiture and color saturation. Alternate title: Where's Judah?

I was hoping to get Eden her first ice cream cone, but they were out of soft serve. They did, however, have push-ups... and Eden was not complaining.

Postscript: If you're unfamiliar with Sandy Pines.... well, that's another post.

You didn't fall off any golf carts at the Pines did you? (Did you witness any of that?) I absolutely love your pictures you take. Do you crop most of them? or just zoom in close when taking them? Also, Eden's hair is getting long and Judah is really changing! Glad you had a fun weekend I should have had you check out our campsite for us, I'm curious if it's good or not.

Is wine a SP thing, I thought it was more of a beer place!?!? LOVE all the pics (as usual), my fav is the "There's my boy" one! Love the angle!

Ryan's family grew up at SP- his grandparents had a place there so I have heard many a Sandy Pines story in my day, but have never experienced it first hand. I could DIVE INTO that push-up Eden is eating- those are my favorite!!!!!!!

I benefit SO MUCH from your photography skills. Thanks for getting some great shots of Elli-El, and the weekend as a whole!

What a great post! I love all the pictures.

And I kept wanting to post on your wedding post about Adam and Caitlin, but I thought my random story would be too weird, but what the heck. I had no idea your brother was marrying Caitlin Campbell--she was my secret nemesis in high school. I'm sure she had no idea she was my secret nemesis, because (a) it's a secret and (b) she's so nice. But during tennis season, we were always playing against each other and I ALWAYS lost. I would be losing and lose. I would be winning and lose. No matter what, she always managed to beat me. Beating her was my white whale, but luckily, I moved on. :) So there's my random story about your new sister. The end. Hope you enjoyed.
