Let's hear them sleighbells jinglin'

Since selling the house at the end of October, {and between inspections, walking through houses, a photography workshop in Chicago, shooting a wedding in Detroit, BSF, Thanksgiving, packing, MOVING, unpacking, drawing project deadlines, CHRISTMAS EVERYTHING, and oh yeah, did I mention the two-year-old?} I have been working at the *most* 72 hours out. With daily housekeeping (hah) and child-keeping duties, this is really the only way, short of massive OCD flow charts. I've kept up pretty decently, I think, and today... TODAY I finished the drawing.

THE LAST DEADLINE.

The last big thing.

There's still the Christmas production tomorrow and the family shoot Tuesday, but honestly, it's nothing compared to the mammoth tasks we've conquered in the last 6 weeks. I can now unapologetically use nap time to sand and refinish Eden's Christmas gift, hot glue hair clippies, write letters, hang things on walls, and maybe, just maybe transfer my wardrobe from paper bags and plastic totes into the closet and dresser. {We'll see how long this actually takes since, to the best of my knowledge, the InterWeb continues to exist and thrive in all it's time-sucking glory.} Those things that I longed to do when there was something else more pressing can be bumped to the top of the list, right under feeding and diapering small bodies.
Top of the list tonight: play with pictures from a sweet SWEET photo session with the darling misses Harper and Tegan. Infant pictures are always fun, but twins? Come on.

And my favorite...
