Pictures and captions, and no excuses for 25 days without a post.
I made two batches of Mrs. Hamilton's cookies this year, and Eden helped me decorate both, taking her job as cookie decorator VERY seriously. The cookies with "spwinkles" were her favorite.

I'm sure she didn't eat any.

Asleep on Christmas Eve...

While Santa was preparing this for her to wake up to.

Judah's first train set

Dora videos!

Gratuitous Judah

Pop Beads from YaYa and Boppa, once the younger kids went down for their naps

Boppa's boy after his nap

...and reading a(nother) book

Judah was ready for the Swedish coffee bread

Ellis opening her own stuffed Nemo

Christian and Emily are home!

Uncles

Eden and her flashlight were inseparable

I think the truck is a hit.

The tree is still up, even though it is dry and shedding brittle needles all the time. Though I am ready to get on with the tasks at hand for the winter, the baby, etcetera, I'm not yet ready to give up the light. I told Eden she can listen to Fuleece MommyDod as long as the tree is up... so it may come down before my love of the twinkling wanes. Now that Christmas is behind us for another year, it's on to Project Nursery and all those loose ends that need tying up before a baby arrives... due in 8 short weeks...

Lovely, story-telling pictures, Becky...kind of makes me "homesick" for the Fredericks gatherings of old, when you & your sibs, my kids & Markie were the little ones...
LOVE LOVE LOVE the pic of your beautiful tree... absolutely gorgeous!!!
Thank goodness for another post! Looks like you had a nice Christmas!! The picture of Judah and Gpa is stunning, though it makes me WISH WISH WISH Stella would do that for just one dang second of her little life (she hasn't cuddled that way for even a second). :( :)
you captured the season and the magic with that lovely eye of yours, that's for sure.
LOVE your pics! I love all the kiddo joy you captured.
"Asleep on Christmas Eve" is my favorite. Hands down. (After Ellis' opening Nemo, of course.:)
Love the pictures Becky! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
