It seems that at the tail end of any dry spell in my journaling, I feel the need to explain myself, to dissect my low levels of inspiration, motivation, alliteration. What usually ends up happening is an even LONGER lapse between journal entries (guilt is not productive) and a picture post. No different today. My camera is currently undergoing some highly specialized repair procedure at a camera ICU. While the cost will sting my checking account, I only had to endure the absence of my prosthetic eye a little over 12 hours. Thank you, THANK YOU Lynette for loaning me your XTi! I'd be in a much sadder state without it, and I wouldn't have any of these pictures.
Do you feel weird about putting your children in second-hand clothing? I don't.
We give her crayons or markers, and we get wild scribbles. Somehow, the MagnaDoodle brings more precise renderings. This is a portrait of "you, mommy... with daddy hair."
Judah's a climber.
And I often get this look from Eden when she notices the camera. I figured she'd be seasoned as a model by now, but if the disdain for the lens continues, don't be surprised to see lots of Judah pictures.
Or still lifes.
A few delinquent Easter pictures.
Hopefully the next pictures I post will be from my sister's home birth experience, which I am currently on call to photograph. Pins and needles, baby!

If I were to ever have children, I would want you to dress them. Your kids always look so cute!
And I'll be crossing my fingers that new niece or nephew comes soon and easily!
Glad to help! And look at those "little" Judah legs... so squeezable!!!
Your kids' buttcracks are endless.
There must be tall butts in the gene pool somewhere.
My kid could compete with Judah for longest buttcrack for sure. Amazing pictures as usual! I can't WAIT for those newborn pics of your new niece or nephew!!!
